All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chile are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

«Una notte al freddo»
La posizione
Siamo arrivati alle 12,15 di notte, perché il traghetto era in ritardo di 1,5 ore. Avevo avvisato che saremmo arrivati alle 11. Al nostro arrivo, nessuno ci aspettava, non c’era linea telefonica, c’era un biglietto che diceva di inviare in sms!!! Per fortuna i cani hanno abbaiato e alla fine è comparsa la proprietaria. Il lodge era gelido, nonostante sapessero del nostro arrivo, hanno acceso un ventilatore di aria calda e ho dovuto insistere per farmi accendere il fuoco. Abbiamo dormito al freddo!! Sottolineo che la camera era già stata saldata.

Acomodação com ótimas camas, mas péssima ducha (não aquece)
O hotel continua muito contemporâneo, contudo já apresenta vários pontos precisando de manutenção e reforma pela depreciação do tempo. A água quente da ducha demorava muito a aquecer, cerca de 15min de torneiras abertas, desperdiçando um volume insano de água, até chegar a ficar um pouco morno. O hotel precisa detectar e avaliar uma solução urgente, pois em tempos de apelo à sustentabilidade e conservação de recursos, esta inconformidade pode desqualificar o estabelecimento. Solicitei mudar de quarto por conta da água quente nunca chegar, ao tomar banho de manhã, situação bastante incomoda, em se tratando de um hotel do nível do Enjoy.
